We are committed to protecting your data in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and your rights.
What we collect
- Order and contact details: your name, organization name, mobile number, email, city, and the details of your order or message.
- Account details: your email address when you sign in with a verification code. We do not use passwords.
- Visit statistics: the pages you visit, time spent, device type, the site you came from, any campaign code, and clicks on products and buttons.
How we measure visits
Our own statistics: they use no cookies and do not store your IP address. We create an encrypted identifier that changes every day and cannot be linked to you, and use it only to count visitors.
Google Analytics (optional, only with your consent): when you press “Accept” on the cookie bar, we enable Google Analytics to measure visits in aggregate, with part of your IP address masked. The service sets cookies and processes data at Google under its privacy policy. If you press “Decline”, no Google code is loaded, and you can change your choice by clearing this site’s data in your browser. We do not sell this data to anyone.
Our social media accounts
We connect our website to our official social media accounts (such as TikTok) to publish our content and read our post statistics (views and engagement) to improve it. This connection concerns our own accounts only; it collects no data about website visitors or users of those platforms, and it can be revoked at any time from the platform’s settings.
Your browser keeps your order cart and details on your own device (local storage) to make your next order easier. You can clear them from your browser settings.
Why we use your data
- To prepare your quotation, fulfil and deliver your order, and contact you about it.
- To reply to your messages and enquiries.
- To improve the website and learn which campaigns help our customers.
We do not sell your data, and we do not send you marketing messages without your consent.
Protection and storage
Data is kept in a protected database with our hosting provider; mobile numbers are encrypted inside it, and everything is transferred over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We keep encrypted backups, and only authorized staff at the company can access the data.
We keep order data for as long as you deal with us and as required by accounting regulations, and we delete detailed visit statistics after 13 months.
Your rights
- View your data and orders on the My account page.
- Correct your data or request a copy of it.
- Delete your account and data permanently from the My account page, or by contacting us.
