Uniform orders
- Submitting an order from the store is a request for a quotation, not a final purchase. The order becomes binding once you approve the quotation and pay the agreed instalment.
- Prices depend on quantity, fabric and logo, and are stated in the quotation. Prices do not include VAT, as the company is not VAT-registered.
- Quantity discount: 10% from 50 pieces and 20% from 100 pieces, on the total pieces of a single order, unless the quotation states otherwise.
- Product photos are for illustration; colours may differ slightly depending on the screen and fabric.
- Tailoring and delivery times are set in the quotation according to quantity.
- Made-to-order products, or products printed with your organization’s logo, cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or a difference from what was agreed, reported within 7 days of delivery.
Logos and trademarks
By sending your organization’s logo, you confirm that you have the right to use it and you take responsibility for doing so.
Technology services
AI, automation, app and subscription projects (such as Munaqasati) are governed by a separate offer or agreement that sets out the scope, duration and price.
Use of the website
- Using the website for any unlawful purpose, attempting to hack it, or submitting fake orders is prohibited.
- The website’s content and designs are the property of Alnuzm Renewable Systems and may not be copied without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
